Jeudi oblige, l'institut Media Create dévoile le classement des meilleures ventes de jeux vidéo au Japon. En tête nous retrouvons le nouveau spin off de la série "Tales of" qui réalise l'un des meilleurs départs de ces dernières années pour la série. A contrario, lancé plus tardivement que d'habitude, PES 2009 apparait en net retrait sur PS2, alors que la version PSP fait un peu mieux qu'en 2008. Quant à FFCC Echoes of Time il réalise une performance honnete sur DS, mais loin du score attendu (l'éditeur a mis 300.000 copies en circulation), alors que la version Wii se montre plutôt boudée :
